What are Sprains?
A sprain is a stretched or torn ligament. Ligaments are tissues that connect bones at a joint. Falling, twisting, or getting hit can all cause a sprain. You might feel a pop or tear when the injury happens. Many people get strains playing sports, and other activities that include movement. The wrist and ankle are common areas that are sprained.

What are the Symptoms of Sprains?

- Muscle spasms
- Swelling
- Trouble moving the affected joint
